Contracts

Contracts are agreements between individuals or other logal entities, such as corporations, that constitute one of the broadest and most extensive areas of law. Contracts are known by many names, depending on the particular industry or application, such as agreements, deeds, mortgages, licenses, indentures, leases, wills, trusts, settlements, charters, by-laws, and many other terms. Many disputes include at least some contractual issues that may or may not be among the central issues in the disputes.
